What to try in the demo:
- Left-click on the header columns to sort data in a ascending/descending manner. Sorting columns are added by holding the CTRL key and removed by holding the ALT key. The sort order is shown by a number next to the asc/desc indicator.
- Right-click on the table's header to dynamically add/remove columns through a popup menu. By selecting the "More..." menu item, a more comprehensive column dialog is displayed, that allows the editing, reorder, grouping, resizing and hiding/showing of table columns.
- Double-click on a column border to adjust it to the width of the longest text in the column.
- Make use of the Excel-like filter on the header: you can use the drop down to dynamically create single or composite filters.
- Reorder columns by dragging them with the left mouse button.
- Add random rows to the table as well as remove the selected ones.
- Edit rows by double-clicking on a specific cell.
- Show/hide the last dummy column of the table.
- (TreeTable) Group data by a specific column. Many different columns can be selected so that to create a multi-level tree.
- Search for a specific text in the table.
- Edit dates via the date editor.
- Merge/split cells.
- Lock any number of rows/columns (make them non-scrollable).
- Resize cells by selecting the 'Cell resizing' checkbox on the right.
- Make the application frame small enough to see how text is displayed when the 'Viewable resizer' checkbox on the right is selected.
- Show/hide the row/column header.
- Hide/reorder/resize columns, save the state, show/reorder/resize columns and load the state.
- (CheckBox TreeTable) Group by a column or columns. Select/deselect checkboxes. Select the 'Partial checkbox selection' on the features menu on the right.
- (Hierarchical ColumnModel) Expand/Collapse columns. Click on the yellow arrow icon in order to show/hide specific columns.
- Change the Look and Feel.
